Otto SDA House & Villa
A considered dual-occupancy SDA design offering independence, flexibility, and genuine home comfort
A highly flexible dual-occupancy design that can be delivered as a 3-bed, 2-participant home with a 1-participant villa, or reconfigured as a 4-bed, 3-participant home with elevated finishes and generous living amenities. This versatility ensures the property can evolve with participant needs, provider models, and long-term operational demands.
Designed as a Class 3 SDA home, the project reflects our commitment to creating participant-focused environments that feel residential, never institutional. Every space is shaped to support safety, comfort, and autonomy while upholding the architectural clarity and material rigour.
Throughout both the house and villa, tenants benefit from customisation opportunities from adaptable layouts to personalised provisions for mobility, assistive technologies, and daily routines. Each participant has access to a considered individual kitchen and tailored storage amenities, reinforcing independence and ensuring day-to-day living is intuitive, dignified, and empowering.
